In August 2019, our farm dinner with a Grazing Life featured our produce in both entrees and cocktails, with Chef Mario Vasquez of Colorado Craft Social, Chefs Ian Dedrickson and Adam Ridens of Ephemera, The Archives underground cocktail bar, and the Axe and the Oak Distillery.

One of the most popular dishes of the night, Chef Mario’s roasted carrot and fennel dish topped with amaranth sprouts.

Another favorite from our August dinner was this pickled beet and farro salad, also from Chef Mario.
