General Manager

As a third-generation rancher and Managing Partner of Frost Livestock Company, Jay Frost lives his life on the farm, committed to sustainably growing healthy and delicious food for the region. Jay grew up on the ranch, attended Fountain Valley Preparatory School in Colorado Springs, and received his degree in Ag. Business Management from New Mexico State University. Jay is the General Manager of Frost Livestock, managing the cattle operations, and the raising of lamb and farm produce.

 

 

Sam Frost
Business & Wholesale

Sam Frost is a fourth-generation rancher and farmer, and works as the Business Manager and Wholesale Manager for the farm and ranch. Sam graduated from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins with a degree in Ag. Business and horticulture, and he brings his schooling and his extensive ranch and farming experience to the daily operations and management of the company.

Will Frost
Marketing & Guest Services

Will Frost is a fourth-generation rancher and farmer at Frost Livestock and is the seasonal Foreman on the ranch, as well as the Guest Services Manager and Marketing Manager. During the late spring and throughout the summer, Will brings his knowledge and experience to the farm and ranch operations, helping with guest services, irrigation, cattle, and produce. During the school year, Will is completing his degree in English at the University of Montana, with a specialization in Creative Writing.

 

 

Karen Witten
Master Gardener

With a medical degree from the University of Colorado, Karen spent nearly two decades of her life as a doctor in 5 different countries.  After retirement, Karen continued her education receiving a master gardener certification from the University of Georgia.  As the Master Gardener and Food Safety Manager for the farm, Karen summers in Colorado, growing some of the finest vegetables and flowers found in this area.  Karen brings her professionalism, desire to learn, and precise nature to the field every day, raising the standard for hard work.
