Jay Frost


President

As a third-generation rancher and Managing Partner of Frost Livestock Company, Jay Frost lives his life on the farm and ranch committed to sustainably growing healthy food products for the region. Jay grew up on the ranch, attended Fountain Valley Preparatory School in Colorado Springs, and received his degree in Ag Business Management from New Mexico State University. Jay is the Oversight Partner of Frost Livestock, co-managing the cattle, lamb, and hay operations.

 

Sam Frost


General Manager & Vice President

Sam Frost is a fourth-generation rancher and farmer who works as the General Manager and Vice President for the farm and ranch. Sam also manages hay production, the sportsman club, and the events venue. Sam graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins with a degree in Ag Business and Horticulture. Karen Witten


Master Gardener

With a medical degree from the University of Colorado, Karen spent nearly two decades of her life as a doctor in 5 different countries.  After retirement, Karen continued her education with a master gardener certification from the University of Georgia. As the Master Gardener and Food Safety Manager for the farm, Karen summers in Colorado, growing some of the finest vegetables and flowers found in this area. Karen brings her professionalism, desire to learn, and precise nature to the field every day, raising the standard for hard work. 

 

Will Frost


Farm & Sales Manager

Will is the youngest Frost son and manages the vegetable operation, meat sales, and acts as employee supervisor for both the farm and event venue. Will has a bachelor’s degree in poetry and has been involved in the Frost event enterprise from its inception in 2017. As a day-to-day operator, Will does everything from ranch work to social media outreach for Frost Livestock Co.
