Produce & Honey

We start our vegetables from healthy seed and furnish delicious produce from strong soils, delivering a quality product to our community. Our honeybees are managed by one of our partners, Lockhart Honey Farms. The bees have access to alfalfa, squash blossoms, Russian olive trees, and various wildflowers across the ranch. This combination produces a uniquely sweet honey that goes with just about everything.

What we grow:

2 different varieties of potatoes, garlic, leeks, 3 varieties of onions and beets, Nantes and rainbow carrots, and radishes in the springtime.

LEAFY GREENS

OTHER PRODUCE

Yellow squash, acorn and butternut squash, zucchini, watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, fennel, hot peppers, bell peppers, green chiles, beans, sugar snap peas, eggplant, green beans, bunching onions, chives, and a variety of heirloom squash! We are always trying to grow new and interesting vegetable varieties that can be enjoyed through the CSA.

Get fresh produce, grown seasonally

+ How do I order produce?

Our produce is available seasonally through a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share. You can purchase a share through the link below.

+ What is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?

A community supported agriculture (CSA) program is one that allows consumers to collectively support local farmers by committing to purchasing their farm’s food products.

+ Will you be attending Farmer's Markets in 2022?

No. We have switched to the CSA share model as we've found it is the best way to connect our customers to the food we grow in a financially and ecologically sustainable manner.

+ How does your CSA work?

Each spring, customers can purchase a CSA share for the year. Shares are available for weekly pickup or bi-weekly pickup from June-September. We harvest on Saturday mornings, so customers can pickup their vegetables during an alloted time frame, usually between 10a-2p.

+ Can we add on meat, eggs or honey to our CSA share?

Yes! We can prepare any additional items such as our grass-fed meats, eggs, or honey for your CSA pickup at an additional cost and depending on availability. Just let us know in advance!
